1. Returns

We gladly accept returns on products within the same day of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and untampered with, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us on the contact us mail or give us a call with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will guide you through the return process.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue the funds. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1-5 business days.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact us know as soon as you can and the item must not be tampered with.

4. Local Delivery Issues

In the event of delivery issues (e.g., wrong address, no one available to receive the order), please contact us immediately to resolve the matter. We will do our best to assist you and ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as opened goods, gift cards, and personalized items, are non-returnable.
